This study aims to find out about the implementation of dynamic archive storage at the Bandung High Religious Court. The method used in this study is a quantitative descriptive method, namely describing, researching, and explaining something that is studied as it is, and drawing conclusions from phenomena that can be observed using numbers, the number of respondents is 32 people at the Bandung High Religious Court.

Based on the results using data tabulation and where the data is obtained from respondents' answers to the questionnaire that the researcher distributed. With a result of 3,981 and it is considered "Well Implemented" regarding dynamic archive storage at the Bandung High Religious Court

This journal article is entitled "A Review of the Use of Social Media Content for Publicizing the Activities of HIPMA (Ad-Da'wah Mosque Youth Association) Bandung." It was written by Donny Heryadi.

This study aims to examine the use of social media content to increase the effectiveness of social media in conveying information about positive activities of youth at the Ad-Da'wah Mosque in Bandung.

The author describes the results of observations and analyzes data obtained in the field through the distribution of questionnaires to obtain responses regarding the use of social media content by HIPMA Ad-Da'wah in Bandung. The results show that the use of technology such as the Instagram application facilitates the dissemination of information to the congregation of the Ad-Da'wah Mosque and the community and encourages increased community participation in Ad-Da'wah Mosque activities.

This study aims to examine the role of administrative staff in managing incoming mail at SMP Tunas Baru Ciparay. Incoming mail is a crucial component of school administration, functioning as a formal communication tool and documentation record. The research uses a descriptive qualitative method through direct observation and interviews with administrative staff. The results show that the staff plays an active role in receiving, recording, archiving, and following up on incoming correspondence. The procedures are implemented systematically, although there are challenges such as recording errors and delays in processing due to the absence of the principal. The study concludes that administrative staff have a vital role in ensuring smooth school administration and should be supported through regular training and the adoption of digital systems to improve efficiency.

PROSES PENGHAPUSAN BARANG MILIK DAERAH PADA BAGIAN ASET DI DPRD KABUPATEN BANDUNG

This study aims to analyze the process of disposal of Regional-Owned Assets (Barang Milik Daerah/BMD) at the Secretariat of the Bandung Regency Regional House of Representatives (DPRD). Proper asset disposal is essential to ensure efficient, transparent, and accountable asset management in accordance with prevailing regulations. This research employs a descriptive qualitative method, with data collected through direct observation, interviews with asset management officers, and documentation review. The disposal process includes stages of asset identification, condition assessment, administrative proposal, approval by authorized officials, and implementation through destruction, auction, transfer, or grants. The findings indicate that the disposal of BMD at the Secretariat of DPRD Bandung Regency has generally been conducted in accordance with applicable regulations and administrative procedures. However, several constraints were identified, particularly related to internal supervision and data accuracy. Therefore, strengthening internal control and conducting periodic audits are necessary to enhance accountability and improve the effectiveness of regional asset management.

Integrasi Soft Skills dan Hard Skills sebagai Kunci Efektivitas Pendidikan Vokasi di Era Transformasi Digital

Digital transformation has significantly altered job structures and workforce competency demands. The professional world no longer solely requires workers with high technical skills but also individuals equipped with communication, adaptability, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities. Vocational education, as a pathway directed toward job readiness, faces challenges in adjusting its curriculum to align with these evolving requirements. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of integrating soft skills and hard skills on the outcomes of vocational education graduates in the digital transformation era. Employing a descriptive quantitative approach based on secondary data and simulations, the research develops the Work Effectiveness Index (Indeks Efektivitas Kerja/IEK) as a measurement model. Data were sourced from labor market competency reports and previous studies. The simulation results indicate that graduates with integrated competencies possess higher work effectiveness levels compared to those with solely technical orientation. These findings affirm that the integration of soft skills and hard skills is a key strategy in enhancing the relevance and effectiveness of vocational education in the digital transformation era

The main problem in this research is how much influence leadership and work discipline have on teacher performance at SDN Mekarwangi 04 Bekasi School, both simultaneously and partially. The author's aim in conducting this research is to determine and analyze school culture, leadership and teacher performance as well as the magnitude of the influence of leadership and work discipline on teacher performance at SDN Mekarwangi 04 Bekasi School, both simultaneously and partially. The method used in this research is a descriptive and verification approach. The population in this study were teachers at SDN Mekarwangi 04 Bekasi School with a sample of 30 people. The data in this research is primary data, where the data is obtained from respondents' answers to the questionnaire that the author distributed. As a result of the data analysis that the author has carried out, the results show that there is an influence of Leadership and Work Discipline on the performance of Teachers at the Mekarwangi 04 Bekasi SDN School, both partially and simultaneously. Leadership and Work Discipline have a significant influence simultaneously and partially on teacher performance.

PENGARUH EFIKASI DIRI DAN BUDAYA ORGANISASI TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PT ASIA TRITUNGGAL JAYA

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of self-efficacy and organizational culture on employee performance at PT Asia Tritunggal Jaya, both simultaneously and partially. The research method used is a survey method with data collection techniques through interviews, questionnaires, and documentation studies. The population consisted of 251 employees of PT Asia Tritunggal Jaya, with a sample of 155 respondents selected through random sampling. The analysis technique used in this study is path analysis. The results of this study indicate that both partially and simultaneously, the variables of self-efficacy and organizational culture have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Asia Tritunggal Jaya.

The method used in this research is a quantitative descriptive approach. The respondents in this research were 30 employees of PT Trisula Textile Industries. The data in this research is primary data, where the data is obtained from respondents' answers to the questionnaire that the author distributed. The results of the data analysis that the author has carried out show that there is a significant influence of communication, both simultaneously and partially, on the performance of PT Trisula Textile Industries employees.
