Abstract

This study examines the role of psychological factors and work-life balance in encouraging employee attachment in the "Steaking" company. The research uses a quantitative approach with an explanatory design. The population as well as the research sample consisted of 30 Steaking employees who were determined using saturated sampling techniques. Data was collected through a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The results of the study show that Psychological Safety has a positive and significant effect on Employee Engagement. Work-Life Balance has a positive and significant effect on Employee Engagement. Simultaneously, Psychological Safety and Work-Life Balance have a significant effect on Employee Engagement.
