Pengaruh Perencanaan dan Budaya Organisasi terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Pegawai Rumah Sakit PMI Bogor
Abstract
This study examines and analyzes the contribution of planning and organizational culture to employee work productivity at PMI Bogor Hospital, both partially and simultaneously. Planning is viewed as an operational guideline that directs goals, activities, responsible persons, timing, and methods of achievement. Organizational culture is positioned as a shared value system that shapes attitudes, habits, and workplace interaction patterns. The research employed a quantitative approach combining descriptive and verificative analysis. The population consisted of PMI Bogor Hospital employees, with a sample of 50 respondents. Primary data were collected through a Likert-scale questionnaire and processed using SPSS through instrument-quality testing and intervariable relationship analysis. The results show that planning and organizational culture each affect work productivity and also exert a simultaneous effect. The joint contribution of the two variables to work productivity is 76.90%. These findings affirm that improving productivity in a hospital setting requires strengthening realistic planning systems while consistently internalizing organizational culture.
